Fetishdollars reserves the right to close any client account in case of violations of these provisions. Closing the account results non-payment of all the sums accumulated at this account.

Any methods of traffic sending are welcome: banners, text descriptions, exit consoles, pop-ups. Exploit traffic and browser/OS hacking are prohibited. If you intend to use a non-standard traffic sending scheme, please contact Fetishdollars first to avoid further misunderstandings.

Illegal traffic is strictly prohibited. Pages linked to Fetishdollars sites should not contain illegal content, even if it’s not visible while viewing the page.

Bringing  5 or more charge-backs over the month will cause the client account ban.

Traffic obtained using any spam methods is prohibited.

Redirect traffic sent directly to our sites is prohibited.

Clients are not allowed to create auto-referral accounts (referring to oneself when registering a new account).

Clients are not allowed to sell accounts. In case the client stops to promote Fetishdollars all the money will be paid
in 3 months since the last transaction.

Banners supplied by Fetishdollars for promoting our websites should be hosted on your servers.

Available free content can be used for promoting Fetishdollars sites only. Removing copyrights from free content is strictly prohibited. You may use free content to make promo materials only in case these promo materials promote Fetishdollars websites.

Webmaster may not promote Fetishdollars sites using materials from other sites. Violation of this provision causes a fine of $100.

All earnings are paid out in US dollars weekly (every Friday) when a minimum payout is reached. Minimal payout amount is $130 and may be increased by the client.

All payouts are received by the client via wire transfer or by a transfer via electronic payment system from Fetishdollars for all the signups and rebills from all the billings.

 For payments such as E-passporte,Fethard,PayPal,Finex we will charge a 4% commission. For payments via a bank wire transfer, we will charge a $50 fee per transfer, regardless of the amount of the transfer.

In case of payout delays or non-payments made by billing, or any other circumstances that do not depend on Fetishdollars – we’ll do everything possible to make the payment but we can’t guarantee successful payout.

Fetishdollars takes no responsibility for illegal actions of the client and commits itself to stop such activities when disclosed.
